Furry Ski Weekend is an annual furry event held at Copper Mountain, Colorado, U.S.A., with a focus on skiing/snowboarding, fursuiting, and friends (both new and old). (About)

FSW was the first furry skiing/snowboarding event. Similar have since been created, and FSW has always made an effort to support and coordinate with them.

History

  • 2006: An unofficial gathering of five furs went skiing/snowboarding in fursuit that would inspire the creation of FSW.
  • 2007: Tek, Dire, and Tuaolo created and held the first Furry Ski Weekend.
  • 2020: FSW was able to be held before the spread of Covid-19 and the subsequent lockdowns
  • 2021: FSW was canceled due to Covid-19
  • 2023: Tuaolo retired from FSW and his role was filed by Wiley
