Skiing events are events held by furries that are centered around downhill skiing and snowboarding. They may share many traits in common with conventions such as a shared hotel space and parties after dark. A common experience is skiing or snowboarding while wearing a fursuit. This does increase the difficulty of skiing due to restricted mobility and vision, but can also result in interesting photographs.
