Speedy Deletion[edit]

Uh?. Why SpD?. This article is base on a real person, who is involved in furry (on his own way, as it were,) and it's linked to several articles in Wikifur. Yes, we have our share of people that have made their entries a little... quirky, but nothing that we haven't cleaned up, or ask them to. Spirou 20:48, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

I suggested speedy deletion under the following criteria, which I believe apply to such an article as this:
  1. You create something that is patent nonsense. Either garbled text, nonsensical phrases and so forth. ("T HUAGUALGUAG DICKS PANTS: ERROR AT POINTER $B6D01A")
  2. Pure Vandalism. Writing obscene articles with no merit or content. ("...who loves to indulge in both his undying love of dicks and his fiery passion of being pissed upon by the homeless. Also, he loves having rotten chum poured into his gaping asscrack while being slapped in the face with disembodied horsecocks.")
  3. Very short articles providing little or no context (e.g., "He is a funny man that has created Factory and the Hacienda. And, by the way, his wife is great."). Limited content is not in itself a reason to delete if there is enough context to allow expansion. (see above example - this article either needs to be stripped down to the bare basics or the slate needs to be wiped clean.)

I concur unless the article receives a significant cleanup to fix Spaz Kitty's points. --Chibiabos 21:32, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
I vote delete. This article is just unpleasant. --Tori 21:33, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
No kidding. I've seen vandalism tamer than this. Spaz Kitty 21:38, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
The "T HUAGUALGUAG DICKS PANTS: ERROR AT POINTER $B6D01A" is a reference to Jerk City. I don't see how this entry harms anyone, and it's actually pretty funny. Think of it as an antidote or counterpoint to the standard masturbatory self entries. 66.88.135.150

Well, for the content, that's why I added "Clean-up" and "Wikifi" tags to,... it's indeed short, so we added the "Person Stub" tag,... as per language, it's a "living" article on a open source historic data site, which means it can be changed in future variations, and, yes, we had vandalism tamer than this, but then, we had vandalism much worse than it,...

...And finally, this personal entry is linked to several entries within Wikifur for several reasons, another reason why I vote No on delete. Compared to other incidents regarding entries we had to deal with, this particular one doesn't even rate a raised eyebrow, but then I'm just one of the many opinions that make Wikifur Spirou 22:14, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

Several" entries link here? I count two actual articles. Spaz Kitty 22:17, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
Sorry about that. reworded: "...And finally, this personal entry is linked to two entries within Wikifur..."
Obscenity? On my wiki? Vote No Delete. It's more descriptive than you think! Also, cleanup on Element 7! --DS|go 07:43, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
WikiFur is for informative articles, not in-jokes or obscene language. The appropriate page for such things is User:Elementseven. I also have severe doubts about the truth of several of the assertions made in the article. --GreenReaper(talk) 08:57, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
"I also have severe doubts about the truth of several of the assertions made in the article." I can assure you that everything in this article is nothing but a haphazard jumble of elaborately fabricated truths. Also, the part about wikifur's rise to power can be summarized if you want because AshMCairo is a big jerk who likes to flatter me by nicking my material! --Elementseven 03:44, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
I agree with GreenReaper, let's just move the text in question over to E7's user page. --Douglas Muth 15:19, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
Fair enough. --DS|go 16:14, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
Don't delete the entry outright. Mention that he's a wikifur user and point to his user page and move all the HGLUHLHUALRHL DROWNING IN DICKS there.  :P 65.100.26.207 03:33, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
That sounds like a good idea to me! --Douglas Muth 03:39, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

Spaz Kitty, personal request for article second chance[edit]

Would it be too much to ask you for a SpD delay on the article?, give a second chance?. Just askinh, thanks =) Spirou 08:51, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

I'm not planning on taking any action until a few more days have passed and more people have provided their input. Spaz Kitty 15:17, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
