Samū Ketuvo

Samū Ketuvo, or just Samū, also known as Samū Fox, formerly as Shadew Fox or just Shadew, is a non-binary furry artist, video game developer, and programmer who lives in Northern Netherlands.[1]

Fandom involvement[edit]

Samū first joined the furry fandom online, attending Furry Weekend Holland in 2022. They are the deputy of the Design Department at Reffurence and are mainly responsible for the venue's printed media, such as the conbook.

Fursonas[edit]

Samū Ketuvo's main fursona (of the same first name), is a fully grey fox, with blue claws and purple hair, but their most notable feature is their eyes, which glow in two different colors, red and cyan. Their name is from a conlang called Mohiijevää, which comes to mean "Samū the Fox". Until December 2022, Samū was known as Shadew.

Samū's backstory[edit]

Samū is a mage who mastered teleportation through portals, but they know several other powerful spells. Originally, Samū lived in another world, where they were taught their skills the hard way.[clarify] When a spreading curse of corruption hit their world, Samū's goal was to escape the world.

They managed to do so, but not without consequences. Upon arrival on Earth, they lost their physical body and took over that of a fox.[clarify] Their memories arrived all over Earth, in the form of runes carved into walls, stones, and trees.

Samū's characteristics[edit]

Samū is shy at first, but they can talk a lot if they feel comfortable. They're interested in many topics, such as IT, mathematics, physics, design, and traffic.[clarify]
