KitsuneOfSunshine

Sunny Kitsune, also known as KitsuneofSunshine, Sunny, or Kit, is a hobbyist artist and voice actor who specializes in impersonating the voice of the Sonic the Hedgehog character Miles "Tails" Prower. Sunny originally lived in California before moving to the NEPA Pennsylvania area.

Fandom Involvement

Sunny has been a part of the furry community dating back since 2014, however consistent ridicule from peers made her them away from the idea until 2020, to when they picked up on the hobby once again. In 2022, they have joined many outings in the California Bay Area and plan on making more debuts in Pennsylvania. Their fursona consists of a white and yellow kitsune fox with the same name.

Characters

• Sunny Kitsune - A kitsune fox with pure white fur with yellow tips lacing the ends of their ears, tail, and paws. They also have a tan underbelly and lower muzzle. Their nose is an orange-gold color and has sky blue eyes. Their hair is white and fluffed, with the tips being a faint yellow color. Around their neck, they have a blue bandanna with a yellow sun print on the front, which is their icon.
• Cassiopeia ‘Cassie’ Chinchilla - A purple furred chinchilla with white ear tips, muzzle, and underbelly. Their neck is also white and ruffled and their tail is striped purple and white. They have white fur along their lower arms and legs and have orange-yellow paw pads. Their eyes are also orange-yellow and they have star print markings on their thighs. In some depictions of Cassie, they have feathered wings that are lavender to white gradient starting from the base of the wings towards the tips.
• Ringo - Ringo is a friendly red panda character. He has red-orange fur, tan markings on his face and ear tips, and a dark brown underbelly. His legs and arms are dark brown and his back is red-orange. His tail is striped red-orange and dark brown; the tail also has an intimidating fanged mouth at the end, which is nicknamed Chompy. Ringo also wears a blue winter scarf around his neck.
• Amanita - A jerboa/mongoose hybrid with light green fur. They have an oversized red mushroom cap with white spots atop their head, which resembles a fly amanita mushroom. They have long, rounded ears that fold down underneath and have dark green tips and light yellow-green inner ear fluff. Their muzzle is light yellow-green as well as their underbelly. Their paws are dark green and they have light yellow-green fluff lacing the ends of them, and their paw pads are red with light green-yellow dots on them. Their tail is elongated and green with a light yellow-green color that extends from the underbelly to the tip, which is red and white spotted mushroom cap-shaped.

Art

Sunny has been drawing art since they were a young age, starting from when they were 6, until now. Sunny draws works of furries and non-furries alike and has been inspired by many artists, some of those including Seelmaru, sir fluff, and numerous other artists. They were also inspired by Japanese Anime and Manga. They usually do digital art but have been known to draw traditionally as well. They participated are fond of using ibis Paint X for digital works and use pencil and Sakura Brand Pigma® Micron pens for traditional works. They typically do art as a hobby and occasionally take commissions from people within the furry fandom and outside of it.

Voice acting

Sunny is also a hobbyist voice actor that impersonates many characters. Their voices are strongly influenced by Cassandra Lee Morris, Colleen O'Shaughnessey, and Erika Harlacher. Sunny enjoys voice acting as a hobby but wishes to pursue it as a career in the near future.
