Eufuria (US)
Eufuria is a proposed convention to be held for the first time 4-6 June 2010 at Frederiksdals Hotel & Conference Center outside Copenhagen, Denmark.[1][2] The venue is located in a rural area, right next to the lake Fur and surrounded by hills, woodlands and fields, as well as being close to Frederiksdal castle and the country manor of Marienborg.
The convention chair is Pinky Fox.
Among the traditional events offered congoers will find, among other things, a dance with a DJ, Dealer's Den and Artist Alley, and fursuiting events. Eufuria's staff also strives to provide some truly unique experiences to the congoers, in line with the convention theme. An intended activity is an outing to the Tivoli Gardens, and staff is looking into the possibility of aquiring permission for fursuiting there.
The name is a play on the word euphoria.
2010: A Walk in the Park
The 2010 convention theme is "A Walk in the Park", and the convention will include events connected to this theme such as a guided walk through the forests around the venue as well as the aforementioned outing to the amusement park of Tivoli Gardens.
