Get Out The Float is a furry convention which most recently took place in Seaside, Oregon, USA. It began as a series of yearly fur meets at various locations in Oregon, and the meetups were formerly known as "The Pool Party." In 2024, the group switched from yearly events to a fixed, yearly convention. Since it is organized by many members of the furry inflatable community, the events have a large focus on inflatables, with the themes relating to some aspect of inflatables.
The inaugural event was held February 2-4, 2024 at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center. It was attended by 149 attendees and 53 fursuiters participated in the parade. [1]
A second event is planned for February 6-9, 2025, also in Seaside, Oregon.
