Wolf is an independently produced, traditionally-animated film about wolves still in production. It is notable for being created entirely or almost entirely by volunteers. The inspiration for the style of the film comes from classic animated films such as Watership Down, The Secret of NIMH and Bambi. Wolf is an anthropomorphic animal story in the style of Balto, and Disney's The Lion King. The story focuses on the late 1920's when wolves were being hunted nearly into extinction in all of the lower 48 United States. The story picks up near the end of that period when wolf packs were becoming very scarce.

The film is currently in production. Quarterly WIP shots are released to the Silver Sky Studio YouTube site.
