Hi there! It looks like you're trying to create a category tree at the top of the article. For articles about people, this is added automatically when you include [[Category:People]] at the bottom of the article.

[[Category:Artists]] would typically also be added for artists, along with other relevant categories for location, character species, birthdate, etc. However, we don't show subcategories of people in the category tree at the top, because they may also be musicians, programmers, etc. and we felt it would be confusing deciding which one should be listed. Instead, these subcategories are shown at the bottom.
