Uploading images[edit]

Personal Exclusion vs Article Blanking[edit]
Article blanking is reversed immediately, as that is not the proper way to Personally Exclude and articles, especially by Anon IPs (chance of just being vandalism in progress), but you are the original creator of this article, which normally allows PE requests to go through.
