Nah, you didn't do anything bad. Was a poorly worded suggestion on my part; merely a thought that perhaps you could proofread your entries and make sure all your information is correct before you post a change, by using the "Show Preview" button. This is in regards to Image:Dragon Island.PNG. It has not been tagged with a copyright status. This can be a complicated area, so I can try to help if you need any. The Wikipedia Image use policy may give some background, but it isn't policy here.

To deal with this image, there are a few choices:

• If you are the copyright holder, release it under a free license, for example:
  • Public domain {{PDImage}}
  • Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}}
  • GFDL {{GFDL}}
• If you are asserting that this image is usable under fair use, add an appropriate fair use tag. A very basic summary is that fair use is used for commentary, criticism and review on the image when no free image could be used instead. Some fair use tags are:
  • Logos: {{logo}}
  • Covers: {{Cover}}
  • Comic panels: {{Comic-panel}}
• If the image is already under a free license, provide information on the license, and tag the image if you can.
• If you would like the image to be deleted, ask any administrator

I need Help

Offhand it appears that both Tom (Butch) and Ed (Butch) need some grammar and punctuation cleanup. In addition, you could add weblinks, create articles about the game and comic they're in, and wikilink some of the other terms that have articles on Wikifur (and removing some of those that are not likely to, such as "smokes"). There are more suggestions in the Furry Book of Style and other help articles available on the site. Hope this helps! Merge (Butch)

As it stands right now, there is no reason why this webcomic article should be split into several external entries (including size.) That's why a "Merge" template is included to open up the discussion,... deleting the "Merge" template is not really a form of discussion, or how to solve the situation.

The Furry Book of Style is quite a helpful guide to (also) help with some of the formating being used on this article currently. Anybody can write on Wikifur anytime about anything encompassing everything (furry,) we just ask users and editors to follow some of the guidelines regarding entry creation, formating and cleanup so we can all maintain a unified look across the Wiki - Spirou 21:27, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
