Redaction edits?

I would like to know the reason behind the redaction edits when I try to iterate further into detail on my wiki page? I thought the whole point of a Wiki is that there is plenty detailed information there to be read. I don't necessarily see anything wrong with my wording, other than the fact that they could possibly be be worded better when detailing more on information. "I don't necessarily see anything wrong with my wording, other than the fact that they could possibly be be worded better when detailing more on information." There's nothing wrong with the article but redundancy (fixed) and padding (fixed). "Lifelong illness". My closest direct family member suffer from Diabetes Type 1, Juvenile. There is no cure, he "suffers from it", and he knows is a giving that is "lifelong", but he will refer to it as "having" or "suffering" from it. He knows and doesn't need to add that he/she will live with it for the rest of his/her life.
Information is good in regards to inform readers about yourself, sometimes concise information helps more, by, as you said, rewording. Not berating you for the way the article is presented, just editing further. You can, and did, make the point of why the changes, and Wikifur's edits by editors and Curators are not set in stone (with minor exceptions) so you can further work on your article if you feel that relevant data was removed. My edit were just further changes, explained in the summary box of "why". Hope this clarifies the situation. - Spirou (talk) 15:06, 16 December 2014 (EST)
