Anthrocon ban[edit]

Hello, 24.179.24.73. Regarding "Black Drago was asked[who?] to not show up at Anthrocon altogether anymore.[citation needed] Will not attend.[citation needed]", do you have some reference links we can add to this statement? - Spirou 19:55, 15 January 2012 (EST)

Is "Black Drago" a mangling of "Bad Dragon"? Anyway, Bad Dragon themselves say they're not going to Anthrocon due to policy changes. Specifically, a rule in the AC2012 dealer's packet: "Items of a distinctly adult nature whose primary purpose is functional rather than artistic are prohibited (if you do not know what that means, please contact us and we will explain).
I couldn't say if BD were specifically asked to not show up. Nor could I guess as to whether or not the new rule was made with BD in mind.--Higgs Raccoon 20:11, 15 January 2012 (EST)
yes black drago was a amangling, and no, the statement came directly from one of the owners as to why it happened in a personal pm, I can't site sources sorry, was just trying to fix it. 24.179.24.73 00:48, 16 January 2012 (EST)
"Is "Black Drago" a mangling of "Bad Dragon"?", wow, what I was on when I wrote that?. To Higgs Raccoon: Okay, so it's an Anthrocon policy; So they are banning furry marital aids. So they are twittering that they are not going, ok, got it. To 24.179.24.73: You say that they asked him specifically not to show up: "was asked to not show up at Anthrocon altogether", but you can't provide a confirmation. Uh, unless Bad Dragon tweets that personally, that is not something that can be edited in the article (Him been targeted, not the ban on marital aids).
Hmm, the tweet could be added to the article as to explain why the company won't be at AC12 - Spirou 01:47, 16 January 2012 (EST)
I never did edit it into the article. I just removed the date and gave a reason, and I really don't think we are gonna say that personally. Sorry.
