The back ground of Rune and Lucas

Rune and Lucas Cyber are of the highest ranking members having the ranks of Council in the Galactic Defense Agency G.D.A for short. They hail from a Civilization Called the Aizsargi (rough translation), The Aizsargi are an ancient race created million of years ago by another advanced ancient civilization before seeding the reset of the galaxy with life before mysteriously disappearing. The Aizsargi Know where they came from and how they came to be, they know they where created for one purpose and that was to police and guard the galaxy keeping rouge nations in check and from interfering with non developed worlds etcetera. They are also responsible for most tech known in the galaxy. Due to the nature they where created for they quickly advanced through tech and rose to power creating the G.D.A being the first interplanetary species for the next 300 some years..... Aizsargi appearance And other facts. They look similar to the species of dogs found in another galaxy. This species can walk on two legs. The Fur colors can arrange from any color in the spectrum on the dull-ish side. They also have a secondary fur which looks like a circuit board varying in look depending on the person only thing know about it is that it glows and has been seen in a few varying colors. Aizargi Don't need intake nutrients like other species, though they can eat food its more for pleasure. They produce and huge amounts of energy inside them that allows them to not need food. this same energy is also used by them to power their devices around them it also is able to be used to form a suit like energy barrier around the body at all times (currently nothing can break it except from an unknow enemy to be described later).
