The Furkindred

The Furkindred is a furry shared universe media property published by MU Press.
The works consist of a mixture of comic book and text fiction stories set in an alternative Earth where a strange meteor strike in prehistory envelopes the planet with a bizarre energy that prevents the evolution of humanity. Most other mammalian species develop sapient intelligent variants, with a notable subgroup developing bipedal humanoid configurations. In addition, psionic abilities and magic manipulation abilities are also present in various forms.
The series proper ran for three issues. There is also a graphic novel spin-off called Let Sleeping Gods Lie, which was published in February 1997.
