TransFur Should be spelled in Katakana, Not Hiragana. That's a common mistake for people who don't know the language.

If the event organizers use hiragana (which the logo image and text of web page use for the event) then they'd be the proper characters to use. Proper names (like a convention name) are tricky like that, as the 'holder' can use either. --DataBank 04:21, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
