Wikified Notification

What needs to be wiki-fied? After looking at the article, it seems like I already have it wiki-fied, and no notification or notes anywhere about what exactly needs to be changed. Unless it's exactly pointed out, the moniker that it 'needs change' but offering no helpful links beyond what HAS already been modified (headers and the like), then it serves no purpose. If it's simply because it doesn't have a TOC, the article is short enough that there's no point for it to be there.

Thank you for asking. The more general Template:Cleanup is probably more to the purpose. At the moment, this article does not have references, is written in a style significantly more informal than is the standard here, and includes an extensive description section, also non-standard. From what I see therefore what needs changing is style rather than wiki format. -- Sine 23:42, 20 July 2013 (EDT)
