On Sunday, October 14, 2007 Silvox contacted me with a request to remove some personally identifiable information from this article: I granted this request, as: the material in question consisted of birthday and geophysical location and was not controversial at the time of removal. e-mail is on file with myself and the original and my response have been carbon copied to User:GreenReaper.
