Little is known about Joe Strike beyond his dramatic-sounding name. Overheard whispers in disreputable dives speak of a mysterious figure whose lack of talent is only exceeded by near-limitless ego. Despite the slight impediment of not being to draw, JS was admitted to the inner sanctum of Rowrbrazzle membership, thanks to the intercession of the Stonecutters and large bales of unmarked currency to people in a position to help him out.
As he is currently negotiating a peace treaty between two hostile star clusters on the verge of an intergalactic war, JS is only interimtently active in Rowrbrazzle at the moment. However there are those who are hoping his peace effort will prove unsuccessful and that quintillions of souls on thousands of worlds will perish, enabling JS to return to fully active Rowrbrazzle status.
