Talk:Guest Relations Second

While this might be true at some convention(s), it's not something I've ever encountered at any of the four conventions I've worked at (Duckon, MFM, MFF, and AC). Could someone more acquainted with the position perhaps qualify this as being a position unique to a particular convention, or perhaps a particular region?
