Philcon

Philcon (the Philadelphia Science Fiction Conference) is a science fiction convention held in the area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Philcon hosted regular furry parties prior to the establishments of regular furmeets and furry conventions. These parties were organized by fans from the Philadelphia branch of the Cartoon/Fantasy Organization, most notably Ray Rooney and Kip. Regular attendees included Jim Groat, Eric Blumrich, Peter Stoller, Joe Strike, Terency Owens, Greg Giacobe and mjeep.[1]
