Microphilia is a paraphilia having to do with beings on a much smaller, exaggerated scale with respect to other characters. The opposite of macrophilia, it may be associated with masochism as opposed to sadism and also closely allied with other paraphilias such as vore and unbirthing.
With Microphilia, the allure to it may be the feeling of hopelessness or maybe just the sexual part of it. Micros are most closely related to all sorts of vore from Anal to oral to cock to god knows what else. For some people, it's the fear of a macro finding you; for others, it may be the walls of death clenching around your whole body as you slide into a macro.
