MalaikaWolfcat

Malaika is an artist from southern Oregon, whose character is a white anthropomorphic wolfcat (wolf/cheetah specifically) with a black moon and star on her left hip. She originates from The Lion King fandom, having wreaked havoc there from the late 90s to mid-2007. She attended UCC where she studied Fine Art and Art History and worked as an Animal Collections Manager for a zoological park in Oregon.

Malaika is the creator of several LiveJournal communities, including Anthro Sketch Exchange, n0b0dyslistning, and parkguests_suck. She ran the Starlight Valley Pack on yahoo and ezboard back in the late 90s under the former alias Moon Seeker.

Malaika frequently attends Further Confusion and made an appearance at Anthrocon 2006. She is often seen both at conventions and on the internet with her partner in crime Dreamaria. There is some rumor and speculation concerning the romantic relationship of the two. If you ask them, they will only confuse you.

As of May 2008, Malaika resided in north Texas where she lived with her fiance Kriten and her cats. She worked for a busy three-doctor Veterinary Clinic as their Pet Hotel manager and a Veterinary Technician. She is a huge fan of the Lost television series.
