King Leonidas I of the Isle of Naboombu is a fictional character from the 1971 Disney musical film Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

Leonidas appears as a lion who wears a crown and the royal Star of Astaroth. A tremendous (and somewhat vain) fan of soccer, the King is upset when first seen in the film because a highly anticipated soccer match is due to start but there are no volunteers to referee the game.

In an attempt to steal the Star of Astaroth, Professor Emilius Brown, played by David Tomlinson in the film, volunteers to be the games referee. During the game, he is trampled by both teams repeatedly. After the game ends, Prof. Brown manages to switch the Star of Astaroth with his referee's whistle without the King knowing. After discovering the theft, the King chases after the band of humans himself where Miss Price, played by Angela Lansbury, turns him into a rabbit and he hops away in defeat.
