The Gregory Horror Show is a 3D animated series about a morbid and surreal hotel run by a sinsister anthropomorphic mouse with a cube shaped head. The story is almost always told from a first person perspective of a guest at the hotel who has no idea about how he arrived at the hotel.

Anthropomorphic Guests[edit]

The hotel is populated by a disturbing cast of anthropomorphics - and not just anthropomorphic animals, but all kinds of anthropomorphic characters.

Animals:

  • Gregory, a mouse who is the creepy manager of the hotel.
  • James, a mouse who's the bratty grandson of Gregory.
  • Neko Zombie, a cat who had his eyes, mouth, & ears mutilated & sewn who's one of the few sane residents of the hotel.
  • Catherine, a lustful lizard nurse who has a sexual obsession with blood.
  • Mummy Papa, a mummified dog with a scimitar stuck in his head.
  • Mummy Dog, also a mummified dog and son of Mummy Papa. Has an axe in his head.
  • Angel Dog/Devil Dog, a dog with a split personality depending on her mood.
  • Gregory Mama, a mouse and the abusive mother of Gregory.
  • Frog Fortune Teller, a elderly frog who works as a psychic in the hotel.
  • Mutant Ducks, two ducks who operate a deadly rollercoaster called the Speed Mouse.
  • Inko, a snarky parrot who's best friends with Kinko.
  • Sleepy Sheep, a sheep who dreams of other people's pasts.
  • Street Vendor, an unknown creature (a beaver?) that sells questionable products.
  • Pig Gentleman, a critic pig who made the BIG mistake of insulting Hell's Chef's cooking.
  • Mummy Mama, a dog who's the wife of Mummy Papa & mother of Mummy Dog. She has a carnivorous plant on her head
  • Fat Chicken, Whaddaya think he is?

Inanimate Objects:

  • Judgement Boy, a weighing scale who poses hypothetical questions. There are multiple Judgement Boys.
  • Judgement Boy Gold, also a weighing scale that's gold-plated and leader of the Judgement Boys.
  • Hell's Chef, a candle and murderous cook.
  • Lost Doll, a doll who is a little girl searching for her precious doll.
  • Roulette Boy, a roulette wheel who loves games.
  • Clock Master, a clock with time traveling abilities.
  • My Son, also a clock and son of Clock Master.
  • Public Phone, a telephone who is a greedy con artist.
  • Toilet Baby, a toilet paper dispenser who likes to flush himself down a toilet he rides.
  • Mirror Man, a mirror that shows people their true self.
  • Kinko, a slow-witted safe who's best friends with Inko.
  • Haniwa Salaryman, a haniwa who's obsessed with his work & implied to be the first guest of the hotel.
  • Hell's Taxi, a taxi cab that only stops at the hotel.
  • Egypetit, a sarcophagus who holds the lord of darkness' body.
  • Bloody Wheel, a violent, bloodstained tire who's one of Hell Taxi's tires.

Plants:

  • Cactus Gunman, a cactus cowboy and a cowardly gunslinger.
  • Cactus Girl, also cactus and sister of Cactus Gunman who's more competent than her big brother.

Undead:

  • Death, the grim reaper who brings lost souls to the afterlife and an ally to the guest.
  • Dead Bodies, corpses who desire new bodies.
  • Musha Dokuro, a skeleton warrior who acts a servant to anyone who beats him in a fight.
  • Bonehead, a cow skull-headed traveler who searches for a legendary dragon.

Unknown,

  • Prompters, kuroko like-beings who serve the hotel.
  • Umbaba, a strange tribal creature who's dance can remove a soul out of a person's body.
  • Mono Eye Wizard, a Eye of Providence like-creature who's a dangerous cult leader.
  • Dr. Fritz, a misfortunate Frankenstein's monster like-creature who is Catherine's boss.

Mixed:

  • TV Fish, is half skeletal fish and half television.
  • Trap Mouse, a half machine and half mouse which attacks anyone near it.
  • Wooden Lizard, a wooden keychain of a lizard who serves as Captain Wood's servant
