Furryopolis is a hangout/store created by users GGlazer54 and Rorythebeast17. Founded in June of 2023, Furryopolis is a growing discord server and website.

History

Furryopolis was founded in June of 2023 by GGlazer54, a furry from southern California. In around mid-June, GGlazer54 hired Rorythebeast17, a transgender discord user from North Carolina. When the Discord server hit 30 members, The web domain Furryopolis.com was obtained. So far, Furryopolis.com is being used for online shopping of casual shirts, water bottles, and art. In an interview with GGlazer54, they stated, "Originally, I planned to make a Discord server over the summer. After teaming up with Rory, I realized that Furryopolis could be much more. My plan is to turn Furryopolis into a full blown website for all things furry fandom"

"'Events"'

So far, Furryopolis has been hosting Robux giveaways and gaming livestreams. GGlazer54 has stated that they want to add changes to their website that proceed further than Discord. "I think that with enough attention, we can really grow", says GGlazer54. "I can only imagine what the future holds for us." In early July, Furryopolis held an art event. Winner wins 75 robux and gets to make the server icon. Discord furry Purfia won by one vote, which created the iconic furry logo.

Social Media

Furryopolis currently has a website, Discord server, Youtube Channel, and in-development Roblox game. GGlazer54 claimed that they plan to make an official Facebook and Twitter.

"'Revenue"'

Furryopolis is currently making different amounts of money, but have an estimated worth of over one thousand dollars. Their revenue comes from the sales of merchandise, as well as Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee.
