Foxer421, more commonly known as Foxer, is a furry artist whose location is stated to be "California + Canberra".[1] Foxer's artwork is typified by futuristic scenes and detailed backgrounds.

Foxer421's work "TAKE OFF YOUR HEADSET!!" was nominated for the 2020 Ursa Major Award for Best Published Illustration.[2]
