"This article needs to be cleaned up to conform to a higher standard of quality. See editing help and the Furry Book of Style, or this article's talk page."

What exactly does this mean? I clicked on the links contained therein but it didnt seem to site possible things that make this article a lower quality. I dont want this article to go away so how can I make it better? Is it too biased?

The person who puts the tag on should put some reason if it's not readily obvious. You can ask the person who put it on why it was added. Also try looking at the article carefully; pretend you're a person who doesn't know about the topic, reading it aloud. If you can't find a reason for the tag, just remove it. --Rat 19:23, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Note that an article is not likely to be deleted because that tag is on it - it's not an indication that the topic is invalid, just that one person felt the article could be better.

I think this tag gets placed on too many articles. Sometimes it's used over concerns about "slant" which isn't really what it's about. It needs to have an explicit "reason" field, and we need more specific tags for different things. If people see problems that they feel they can address they should also do it rather than leave it to the original contributor, who may lack the ability to do so. --GreenReaper^(talk) 19:29, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Well, speaking subjectively, the biggest problem I see with your article is that it is not written actively and concisely. The "interview" style bogs down the reader and makes it difficult to pick out the important facts of the article. For examples of what we're looking for, take a look at some past Featured Articles, like Charles P. A. Melville, Fox Cutter, or Doug Winger.
