Crime and Punishment

"Crime and Punishment" is a short story by Henry Williamson, and was published in Tales of Moorland and Estuary.[when?] As described by the first line, it is "the story of a dog called Snapper—a good name for him—and an American gentleman who lived for a month or two in Devon".[1] The story contains scenes from the point of view of human characters, and from that of the dog.
