I think this should be a subcategory of Artists, if we even need this category at all--it strikes me as hard to define, especially as we already have an Animators category. -- Sine 22:12, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

The category description just says “See also Animators.” I'd like there to be a short definition of what we consider a cartoonist. Wikipedia says a “cartoonist is a person who specializes in drawing cartoons.” Perhaps change wording to “A cartoonist is a person who draws cartoons.
