"It's bad form to try any action on strangers, or those not comfortable with the idea or the act."

Err, well, I beg to differ on this being universal for all actions. Something like a wave (tailwave in furry terms), howling a greeting, or anything not involving direct touching of a stranger, I don't think is generally considered bad form. --Chibiabos 21:08, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
