Ashur (born 1981) a.k.a. Ashur Mondwolf and the_ashurian) is a male German fur who lives in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Character[edit]

Ashur's character is a werewolf, defining himself as a canis lupus lunae or "wolf from the moon".

Creative works[edit]

Whilst being a furry short story and poem writer in the past, Ashur now concentrates on more "visual" arts, such as photography, photomanipulation, and the creation of abstract pieces.

Writings[edit]

Ashur started as a writer of short poems. He used them to give vent to his feelings, which were mostly depressive and dark in those days. After joining the furry fandom, the style of his writings changed to a brighter mood, touching upon feelings like love and being free. Ashur has since lost his inspiration for writing, and has changed his focus on other ways of expressing his creativity.

Artwork[edit]

Ashur's art depicts neither anthropomorphic characters nor anything drawn. His artworks are mostly of photographic origin, but from time to time he creates abstract digital paintings as wallpapers to share with others.
