Anbessa is a furry artist from Germany. His name is taken from the Amharic language, and literally means "Lion". This language is spoken in Ethiopia and other African countries in that vicinity, where "Anbessa" is used as a regular male name.

Anbessa uses a handful of traditional media. His art skills are mostly self-taught, and he has been drawing furry creatures since the early nineties. He attended Eurofurence 4[1] in 1998 and has been fairly active in the furry fandom since then.

Anbessa's other interests include gaming (since 1990), model cars and real cars (classic Ford and related), kinky clothing and crossdressing, and reading comics and all kinds of novels.
