"Snake-Man" anti-drug PSA

The "Snake-Man" anti-drug public service announcement is a provisional name for an untitled anti-drug commercial first aired in the early 1990s, in which a human drug dealer, just finishing his most-recent sale, talks to the viewer about his successes while walking down a dark street and transforming under cover of darkness into a humanoid cobra.
