LIFurs OMGWTFBBQ
From WikiFur, the furry encyclopedia.
The LIFurs OMGWTFBBQ is an annual BBQ meetup hosted by the Long Island Furs, which has become the largest and longest-running furry gathering in Long Island, New York.
The BBQ traditionally takes place over the course of two days, a saturday and a sunday, at the picnic area of Sunken Meadow State Park, centrally located on the north shore of Long Island. It is a free event filled with food, fursuiting, visits to the beach and boardwalk, etc. On some years, the time between park close on the Saturday and park open on the Sunday included nearby hotel room parties and other additional local events.
