Blue_Panther is a furry artist from Basel, Switzerland. Together with Akeyla he also organizes the Basel Fur Meet which took place twice so far, in November 2004 and November 2005. He is also the designer of the VCL badges.
B_P's art is distinctively stylised, with elegant composition and striking themes that work well on large displays.
