Whitney Ware

Whitney Ware is the person credited with the creation of the Tai-Pan Literary & Arts Project under which the fanzine, Tales of the Tai-Pan Universe was published. She also served as the publisher and editor for the first seven issues of the 'zine before she abruptly left to pursue other interests.
