Compare [[Move Your Dead Bones]], which had cultural impact, and thus is mentioned on [[Zarla]]. 07:25, 2 May 2019 (EDT)

YouTube video statistics

To be honest, is the chart of Odin's YouTube videos really needed on here? I mean, the more videos he makes the more complicated his page on here will be. If that makes any sense. --DuskTheRaccoon (talk) 16:19, 1 May 2019 (EDT)

I'm very wary of putting any sort of statistics on pages, but I can at least be content with major numbers such as subscribers (and even in that situation, I lean towards putting milestones just to prevent things getting too outdated). However, a chart of individual video views and likes/dislikes, which will constantly be changing over time and are very annoying to update, and over time could basically turn this page into "List of videos by Odin Wolf"? I have to agree that it is unnecessary and I personally fail to see the value added by it. --FrostTheFox (talk) 16:49, 1 May 2019 (EDT)
I didn't check the entries for YouTube entries in the article when I edit it this morning, already assuming that these were already some kind of milestones videos, not all of them so far. =o At this ratio of production, the section alone will bigger not only then the article itself, but more so than most articles on this Wiki, even if separated from the main user article.
And they are listed as future open articles (red links), so the user intends to write about them in the future, increasing several times folds the amount of data presented. Are they all that notable? (haven't checked them yet). - Spirou (talk) 18:25, 1 May 2019 (EDT)
If we're talking numbers, looking at Odin's uploads sorted by "most popular", of the top 10 most popular videos from Odin Wolf, only about 3 of them are in the article (the first most popular, "I BOUGHT A FAKE MAJIRA STRAWBERRY FURSUIT" is in the table, fourth most popular, "I Discuss My Murrsuiting Past.", is mentioned in the controversy section, and the 6th most popular, "FURRY GUESS WHO! (ft. Majira Strawberry)" is in the table as well). It looks like the table is simply Odin's videos, from oldest to newest, from 9 February 2017 to 29 November 2017, which seems to me that they do intend on making this a list of all videos rather than just popular or really notable ones. It is peculiar since they are basically missing any of the videos created within the past year+. --FrostTheFox (talk) 19:27, 1 May 2019 (EDT)
I feel that only the more important videos should be mentioned in the article. The chart is unnessary and just makes the article longer and more confusing if anything. --DuskTheRaccoon (talk) 20:20, 1 May 2019 (EDT)
