Cobalt at the MFF 2006 photoshoot

A photoshoot is a session at a convention where those wearing costumes - usually fursuits - are photographed.

Monoceros Media is often responsible for organizing photoshoots (or, as they term it, the FurSuit PhotoShoot), and makes their photographs freely available to those pictured under a non-commercial license.[1]

Convention attendees are generally welcome to participate in the photoshoot, as long as they do not get in the way of the "official" photographers, or the fursuiters themselves, and do not attempt to photograph suiters without their heads on.[citation needed]
