Ch'marr is the main administrator of the VCL. His fursona is a cheetah. Originally from Australia, he moved to California, U.S.A. in 2000. He is the IT director for Anthropomorphic Arts and Education, and the lead staffer for the Further Confusion art show in 2006 and 2007. He is one of the list administrators for the Ozfurry mailing list.
Ch'marr has passed the "911 Challenge" while at Crack Chicken.
