Fur Affinity: United! (aka. FA: United! or just United!) is a furry convention being prepared for 2007 as a joint production of Fur Affinity and the Northeast Anthropomorphic Association. The site location is still under negotiation, pending approval of the current contract which is expected to be signed mid to late October, 2006. The tentative location is Northern New Jersey.

The scheduled date for the convention is during the weekend of August 10-12, 2007.

"United!" was chosen as the conventino's title to reflect Fur Affinity and the Northeast Anthropomorphic Society's goal to help strengthen the Furry community's bond.

Convention Facts

  • The title of the convention's lounge and gathering place has been given the formal title of "Steven Colbert's Home for Wayward Furs". The staff has chosen to name the lounge in honor of Steven Colbert, host of The Colbert Report, known for his obsession of having things named after him.
  • The convention organizers currently plan to have the role of the convention's mascot, Fender, brought to life by an official convention mascoteer.
