Rosco Reis, also known as Rosco Raccoon, is a male artist and musician who lives in Illinois, USA.[1]

Fandom involvement[edit]

Rosco has been involved in the fandom since the late 90's, beginning on MUCKs and later joining oekaki boards and forums. Artistically, he has produced many commissions and collaborations, but mostly in person and rarely posts work online.
