Breaking the Ice

Breaking the Ice: Stories from New Tibet is an anthology of stories set in Tim Susman's New Tibet universe. It was published by SofaWolf Press in January, 2002.
The volume featured cover and interior illustrations by Odis Holcomb, and six stories:
- Dead End by Samuel C. Conway
- A Prison of Clouds by Tim Susman
- Nightswimming by David Andrew Cowan
- Array of Hope by David Richards
- Touch of Gray by Jeff Eddy
- Skin Deep (a novella) by 2
Breaking the Ice was followed by the anthology Shadows in Snow (January 2004) and the novel Common and Precious (January 2007).
