Article Remove Request

http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Akino_Aurora Could this Article be removed please? A "MyFur" page has been linked to it. In order to stop further confusion, could this article be removed, as this it is no longer of use to me anyway? The information on "MyFur" is incorrect also. Thank you in advance.

Hoof Beat

Nice work putting Hoof Beat together. I imagine it'll remain a one-shot, but it'll probably be a topic of search interest for some time to come. --GreenReaper(talk) 06:09, 16 July 2012 (EDT)

Syrik

thank you for editing my page, i created it before i made this account, is there a way to link my page to my account here so i can complete it with pictures? my ip should still be logged, if not then i can prove its me via fa, my website or any other form of contact

Hello, Syrik. I've put in tags so that the Article about you has a pointer to your User Page and vice-versa. Your User Page is a personal space where you can put whatever you want. This can include photographs/images. (Of course, images can also be added to the Article if you wish.)--Higgs Raccoon 12:15, 22 July 2012 (EDT)

Future plans

I've added a mention in Help:Furry Book of Style‎#Articles about people that future plans should not be included in articles. Aligning practice and style help! -- Sine 13:35, 30 July 2012 (EDT)

Can I have my article removed

http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/SableQueanVilaya I wish to have this article removed COMPLETELY. thanks.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by SableQueanVilaya (talkcontribs) .

GreenReaper has made a note of your request for personal exclusion on the article's talk page. Assuming there are no objections within 24 hours, the article will then be deleted and locked against further edits. Any articles made for alternate identities will, of course, remain open for editing.--Higgs Raccoon 14:30, 4 August 2012 (EDT)

Changing my page.

May I know why my page info was changed? Thank you in advance. My page: http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/CrescoTheEko

If you wish to revert to having an article about you on WikiFur, you are welcome to request to have BillyTheCat128 unlocked and restored. You could then edit that article, or move it across to CrescoTheEko if you prefer. You should note, however, that exclusive editing rights will not be granted. Although this was once a possibility, long ago, admins frown upon it now since i) it goes against the idea of a wiki where all may edit, and ii) it invariably resulted in an abandoned, unmaintained article.
So you choices are to remain excluded, or unlock your old article for all to edit.--Higgs Raccoon 15:27, 17 August 2012 (EDT)

In that case I wish to unlock my old article and I guess I should just keep a close eye on inaccuracies.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by BillyTheCat128 (talkcontribs) .

The article at BillyTheCat128 has been unlocked and restored, and moved across to your preferred name of CrescoTheEko. You are free to update it now. Have fun.--Higgs Raccoon 15:43, 17 August 2012 (EDT)

Bundaberg Furries on Channel 7

I noticed on Timeline of media coverage that it had the news Paper links to the Story about the Furries in the Bindabergbvg Botanic Gardens and I thought this link of a clip of channel 7's coverage might be useful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYpZAMUtEwg&feature=youtube_gdata_player . I'm not entirely sure if I should add it myself, or if theres some submission process to do so, so I figured I should pass the link onto you :3 -- KaiAdin 06:39, 18 August 2012 (EDT)

Hello, KaiAdin. There's no submission process for the Timeline of media coverage, so feel free to edit it yourself and add in the link to Channel 7's coverage. Thanks for the info!--Higgs Raccoon 13:17, 18 August 2012 (EDT)

You vandal! You villain! You.. Page-poker!

I was still working on my page, haha. Was surprised to see it edited so quickly xD -Shaun

Signups seem to be broken, by the way.

Getting this when I try to sign up for an account.

  • Fatal error: Call to undefined method LoginForm::getTitle() in /usr/local/www/wikifur/prod/en/w/includes/specials/SpecialUserlogin.php on line 306

-Shaun

Huh. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll pass a note on to GreenReaper and see what he says.--Higgs Raccoon 11:43, 3 September 2012 (EDT)
Looks like this was the result of backporting a security patch that used a feature not in our current version of MediaWiki. Fixed it now. Thanks for the heads-up! --GreenReaper(talk) 14:07, 3 September 2012 (EDT)
