Tho Panda (born 1989)[1] is a French furry who lives in Paris, France.[1] His fursona is a panda with blue head-fur.
Tho was introduced to the furry fandom by Rimou in 2004-2005. He is an occasional artist, sketching and sewing plush toys. He enjoys cooking, and was Chief Cook at FranFurence 4.
