AnthroArchives is a story archive featuring only stories which are not pornographic in nature.

The idea for AnthroArchives originated from a LiveJournal entry in which the fact was mentioned that no actively updated story archives specifically for the furry fandom existed. One such source for stories, Mia's Index of Anthro Stories, contained only a collection of links and had not been updated since 2002. Tygermoon Foxx worked with Tet and the first version of the site was created. Later in 2007 due to changes in how the archive needed to be managed Tygermoon requested Simtra to create a new site and in March of 2007 it was moved to a new hosting provider running on TinyPortal.
As of 2012, the site has been taken over by a group involved in anthropology studies.
