Repeated vandalism from IPs within this range. It seems to be a series of dynamic IPs that belong to tiscali.co.uk.

• Some/all IPs within this range resolve to hosts in the domain name "as9105.com", which is the same company.
• This user has a history of obtaining a new dynamic IP address in that block and then coming back. Repeat occurances of vandalism in that block should be dealt with by blocking the entire /16.
