put Defunct into separate row?[edit]
Currently the last row in the navbox is "Defunct or not recently updated", but i think there's a big difference between defunct and not recently updated. Any objections to spliting defunct websites into separate row? --EarthFurst (talk) 03:56, 16 November 2019 (EST)
