Nbowa pronounced Nah-Bow-Uh; (also Nbowa Lion, born August 31st, 1978) is a lion furry who is born, raised, and currently resides in Iowa, United States.
Nbowa is a fursuiter, owning a fursuit of his leonine fursona that was constructed by Oz Kangaroo. Nbowa has attended several furry conventions. Not in fursuit: Camp Feral! (2003-2005) and Midwest FurFest (2005-2008). His fursuit debuted at Midwest FurFest (2006), and since then has appeared at Further Confusion (2007-2009), Anthrocon (2007) and Mephit Furmeet (2007).
His V2.0 fursuit debuted in 2009, made by Don't Hug Cacti. Since then, Nbowa has attended many cons including Furry Weekend Atlanta, Furry Connection North, Megaplex, Furfright, Confuzzled, RainFurrest, and Eurofurence. He also has been in attendance at several LAFF events.

Nbowa was mated to Tzup, an Australian furry for over 11 years.
